Barnt Green Traditional Ensuite

Barnt Green Traditional Ensuite

The Brief

To create a traditional Art Deco looking master ensuite using a range of complementary products and tiles. The client had a clear idea of the look they wanted – it was a question of sourcing the right products to create this look.

The Result

A cunning blend of modern and traditional products combined to give the client exactly the result they wanted to achieve. The bath space wasn’t huge, but the client wanted to keep a bath and have a shower over this. An Adamsez mini-slim single ended bath measuring only 695mm was given a period look by using a black bath panel, and a Victorian deck mounted shower mixer with a large shower head. The large basin comes from Imperial Bathroom’s Astoria Deco range, as does the round bowled wc. The traditional radiator Malmo, also from Imperial was chosen as a feature to sit under the window. This radiator is plumbed into the central heating system to provide heat, whilst the client also installed an electric Rusper Flat fronted chrome towel ladder specifically to heat towels.

The black and white floor tiles are from Original Style’s York range, whilst the ‘London Undergound’ style white brick wall tiles are from Original Style’s Metro Colonial collection.
