After studying many design magazines the client came in knowing the sort of look they wanted in the master bathroom and main ensuite, and were looking for inspiration to continue the look through the remaining three bathrooms and cloakroom.
They really liked many of the products on display in the showroom, and also the idea that certain items could be designed by Mark and manufactured to create the specific look that was required. In the Master Ensuite a bespoke vanity unit was manufactured out of Cameo White corian onto which a Duravit Pura Vida basin was fitted. Perfectly framed by the window is a Formoso bath with a stylish freestanding Pura Vida bath mixer in white/chrome.
Continuing the theme a smaller Formoso Piccolo bath (only 1500mm in length) was used in Bathroom One with a curvy freestanding bath filler. We managed to tuck a spacious Matki shower under the eaves and a Bauhaus Svelte vanity unit with Duravit fittings and wc completed the look.
To furnish the remaining bathrooms the client picked out several eye-catching pieces from the showroom, such as the wide Seattle vanity unit from Bauhaus in a textured anthracite grey finish with a spacious Serene sit-on basin. A walnut vanity unit from the Bauhaus Design range looks stunning in Bathroom 3 whilst another bespoke corian console was created for the downstairs cloakroom.
“Mark was excellent in guiding us through the whole process. With so many bathrooms to design it was so helpful to actually look at what was on display in the showroom so we could make decisions and choices based on what we had actually seen. It was great that we could get individual pieces make to order which gives our bathrooms a truly unique look. Such a large project needs so many decisions and Mark really helped to make it much easier”.
